VDot is in controlled testing. Three of twelve direct-release gates are complete as of September 5, 2026.
No public VDot download or paid checkout is currently authorized. Existing unsigned test artifacts are not customer releases.

What is already verified
- The current source has a passing automated baseline across Windows, macOS Intel, and macOS Apple silicon CI.
- Ordered Markdown and Graphviz composition, PDF preview, and command-line workflows exist in the current source lane.
- The product repository and release task system are active and privately governed.
What still blocks a customer release
- A supported Electron security baseline and desktop security controls.
- An exact, versioned release candidate with signed Windows and signed, notarized macOS artifacts.
- Approved product license, privacy, refund, security, support, and public-contact terms.
- External beta evidence and explicit approval of the exact candidate.
