7 days, full refund, no hard feelings.
If VDot is not for you, you can get your money back within 7 days of purchase.
Draft for review. The purchase channel is not final yet; the refund path below will name the exact channel before launch.
The policy
- 7-day window. Request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Any reason. You do not need to justify it. If it does not fit your workflow, that is reason enough.
- License deactivated. A refunded license key is deactivated; please stop using the licensed Software afterwards, per the terms.
How to request one
Find the receipt or fulfillment email from your purchase, then contact us through the support page with your order details. We process refunds through the same channel you paid with, back to the original payment method.
After 7 days
Outside the window we handle requests case by case, for example if a purchase was accidental or a charge was duplicated. Write to us and we will take a look.
Abuse
We may decline a refund if license keys from the order are activated under different identities in a way that indicates the keys were shared or resold, unless the keys are deactivated first.
